The Q-8100-A-F Is the QRT Deluxe self tensioning, continuous adjustment, wheelchair tie down system.  The QRT Deluxe allows the operator discretion in additional tensioning with dual knobs.  The Q-8100-A-F includes a Regular Lap and Shoulder Belt. The QRT Deluxe Retractors provided in this Kit are mounted for 45 Degree Floor Mount.. This Kit will include the 45 Degree Floor Mount.
